Pricing is annual. The figure reflects your firm's size, the FOS volume we tag and analyse, and the depth of integration. We confirm the number in writing after the demo, not during it.
How does the number of FOS cases affect pricing?
Pricing scales with the FOS data we tag and analyse for your firm, not with seat counts. Firms with higher FOS volumes typically see more value from Benchmark and Integrate because there's more signal in the data to surface and benchmark against peers.
Do you offer multi-year commitments?
Yes. Multi-year terms are available for Benchmark and Integrate. We talk through the structure on the demo.
What's the typical implementation timeline?
For Monitor and Benchmark, onboarding is light: under two weeks from contract to first briefing. Integrate timelines depend on the complexity of the data integration and the taxonomy work, and typically run between six and twelve weeks.
Are you a regulated firm?
No. Atago Green is a UK-based software and insight provider. We don't provide regulatory advice. Our outputs are analysis of public-domain FOS decisions and related regulatory material, designed to support your firm's own judgement and governance processes.
How do you handle data residency?
FOS Watch is hosted in the UK. We hold Cyber Essentials accreditation and are FSQS registered. For Integrate engagements that involve client data, we agree data handling terms in a Data Processing Agreement before any integration work begins.
Can we move between tiers?
Yes. Many firms start at Monitor or Benchmark and move up as the use case widens across risk and compliance, MI and complaints leadership teams. We pro-rate the move.
Are there setup or implementation fees?
For Monitor and Benchmark, no. Integrate engagements may include a one-off scoping fee for taxonomy and integration design. We confirm this on the demo before any contract.
