Why we built FOS Watch

Complaints are one of the largest avoidable costs in financial services, and the most honest signal a firm has about its products and its culture. The public record holds an extraordinary amount of intelligence about every regulated firm, and for the first time, peer comparison and theme tracking are practical at scale. I led the Financial Ombudsman Service because I believed in that work. I built FOS Watch so firms could put it to use.
